Terrible customer service - requested a call before truck was loaded and before delivery was made, this did not happen and for some reason nearly 3 tonnes of product were left blocking the road.After ringing all contact numbers provided I was given no solution or assistance and had to manually move all bags onto the drive - BUYER BEWARE unless you own a forklift or want to break your back moving deliveries manually I would AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Bought some stone chisels and other tools from these guys. Over the moon with my purchase. I ordered the wrong chisel by mistake and they swapped it with no issues. Really helpful and communicative. Won’t hesitate buying from here again.
