Follow up phone call too from office to check on the work done and arrange servicing in 12months. The lads were great to have around...professional and thorough. Top communication. Highly recommend.

Incredible people!! ❤️❤️After having an absolute nightmare with various trades during our house renovation project, it is a huge thank you from us to Richard, Kate, Owen, Will and everyone else at RNA who went over and above to help us in our hours of need.There have been so many occasions in the last week when the deadline to move in was looming and RNA have stepped in to sort everything out.One call to Kate, and a promise from her to try and help, and shortly afterwards an RNA van, or Richard (the owner) turned up, stepped in and dealt with the issue.An example of the service provided by RNA is typified by today’s events…..Our belongings arrive at 9am tomorrow, after a two year house build project. Significant plumbing was not completed after yet another tradesperson left us in the lurch and it looked as though we would have to cancel everything again. (Second week running).8AM this morning, Owen and Will turned up and worked non stop throughout the day until gone 5pm, supported by Richard doing flying visits to deliver various parts that were needed.The work completed was high quality, good value and done with a cheery smile! They even tidied up before they left.RNA have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, and a huge shout out to Kate in the office for coordinating it all.We owe you one (many), and we can’t recommend you highly enough to anyone looking for heating/plumbing/saviours in a van.Thanks guys!J&N xx

This company is truly fantastic . Our heating gave up four days before Christmas . They were the 8th company we tried and they were the only one that responded . The service was truly professional they were unable to fix it before Christmas but they gave us a written quote for the work and were there bright and early on the arranged day to replace the boiler . The two men they sent worked tirelessly and in a day and a half we had a new system up and running . They are a wonderful company and deserve the business . I cannot recommend them enough .

Kieran, the engineer, was extremely helpful and friendly. RNA are very professional, reliable and do and excellent job!

I called RNA Saturday evening - out of hours as I couldn't get the pressure up on my boiler. The guidance they gave me over the phone was so helpful. Unfortunately it was something I couldn't fix myself but the Engineer was with me first thing Sunday morning. Can't recommend them enough.

2nd boiler RNA has installed for me (different houses, an oil boiler and now a gas boiler) and this time in Ludlow. Efficient tidy installation and reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone

Called up enquiring about replacing our 32 year old oil boiler. Richard came out within the week to quote for the works, whereas some other local companies didn't even bother to return our calls. The quote was fair and a date was set. Richards team came out on the agreed date and replaced our boiler within 3 short days alongside a few other jobs. The team was knowledgeable and friendly and we couldn't have asked for any more. Highly recommend
