Rubbish

The only reason any high street travel agency can survive will be due to good service and knowledge. Unfortunately Miles Morgan Clifton offers terrible customer service and care. Avoid.Call yesterday and reserved €850 for collection that day. They said this was their last amount they would hold this for us. Turned up as arranged at 4.30pm to be told the person who runs that desk has gone home. Branch still supposed to be open till 5pm.I said no problem our flight is tomorrow afternoon. Can I pop back in the morning.Was told yes but the exchange desk is only open 9am till 11am tomorrow.Turned up at 10am to be told "oh the person on that desk has gone for an appointment".Flight at 1pm in the afternoon so now stuck...Thank Miles Morgan and I look forward to never using your company in the future."

Exchanged £ to $ for a fair rate. Employees were friendly and helpful.

Couldn't find the shop as to many roads closed and I don't know my way round Clifton,my Google maps kept trying to re-route me but went round in circles,no fault on Miles Morgan

Very nice selection

Similar experience to Yael G in a previous review. Employees sitting at desk, walked in through the front door and was told the shop is closed" (4 hours before the normal closing time). Walked past an hour later and they're still sitting inside the shop. Don't want to make assumptions
