Very poor customer service. It was a cold day and i simply complained about being left standing outside for more than fifteen minutes. Staff dragging their feet and being sluggish not considering people are waiting outside. The manager or owner then goes on a rant to the extent he even cancelled my prescription and told me he doesn’t need my business to survive. I felt that was very disgusting behaviour from a business owner as I wasn’t rude to him in any form. I just calmly complained and he went on a tirade even threatening to throw me out. Worst chemist in Peterborough. I have since changed and now getting better service

After getting all my pain meds delivered ein Blister packs each month, nobody turned up today with my meds despite a note on the door asking to leave with neighbours and have no medication in the morning. Beyond furious

I don't normally leave reviews but I felt this one was very justified. I was concerned about the newly prescribed medication from a GP that wont even see you face to face. The owner/pharmacist could not of been more helpful, he explained it thoroughly. These meds could of made me worse so this advice could not of been more important to me. I 100% recommend this pharmacy, I always have good service, they are fast & always have a friendly team.

The only reason I'm leaving one star is because I have too. Poor customer service, bad attitude and very unhelpful are just some of the words I would use to describe this pharmacy. My son with cystic fibrosis has been in shielding for the best part of a year and both the surgery and pharmacy have been very unhelpful with getting my sons prescription during this time, after a conversation with Christina I hung the phone up on her when I realised she wasn't going to do anything to help me I then get a phone call back from Nikesh informing me that my 15 year old with CF will no longer be able to get his medication from them (what kind of man/pharmacy takes a disagreement with an adult out on a 15 year old boy who needs life saving medication?!)I took this further and spoke to the owner Pru who was nothing but lovely, helpful and wanted nothing more then to resolve the situation. It's a shame the face of her business is letting her down in such a massive way, judging by the previous reviews Nikesh has behaved in this poor manner before!

Popped into chemist today it was quite busy I was waiting my turn to be served but the lovely lady behind the counter had noticed me and had already printed my prescription what a great service ...Thank you I didn't get a chance to

Never had the pleasure of dealing with a better pharmacy. On every visit, the staff are always friendly and helpful - no matter how stressed or busy they are. Highly recommended

This pharmacy and the staff are absolutely fantastic. They offer a free delivery service for prescriptions which is perfect when you work or cannot collect. Unfortunately delivering for one of the delivery drivers is an major inconvenience and twice he has verbally attacked me on my own doorstep. I have to say that I’ve never been treated so appallingly by anyone giving a service.

Really helpful when I had to ask advice about taking different painkillers with other drugs that I have been prescribed.

During the course of the last year which has been very difficult for myself all the staff at Odera's Pharmacy have been excellent , they go above and beyond in helping me with with what ever I am going through. I find all the staff very helpful and more importantly the are a very happy bunch who give me advice and support on a weekly basis and I know sometimes I can be difficult but there patience with me has been superb. A special mention to the welsh lady on the front desk who has a very similar sense of humour to myself and has helped me on many lets call them not so good days !A special thank you to you all and although hopefully my treatments are due to slow down I know if that is not the case you will once again be there for me that is a great peace of mind.Keep it all going everyone and lets hope we see less of each other in the nicest way.
