Lovely staff. They have some products that I've never seen anywhere else which is good (they have rawhide free chews for dogs that, unlike smartbones, don't cost your actual kidney to buy).

Very helpful staff when asked advice about a dog crate they where honest enough to inform us we should look elsewhere as they order in on demand which makes them more expensive. They even suggested we look for a used one. Support your local independent traders.

Great place. Lots of choice and if they haven't got what you want they can nearly always get it. They do a delivery service at a small charge and very quickly too! Lovely friendly service, nothing is too much trouble. They're happy to give advice, just chat or let you get on with browsing. Small business at it's best.

Great shop for dog treats. Our dog was made very welcome and given some treats while we chose some pick and mix goodies! The lady was very friendly!

The best little pet supply store this side of... everywhere. If they don't have it, they'll order it. My dog loves it there: always gets a treat and a cuddle. She and all canine clientele are on a first-name basis with the staff. I never go to the chains. (Support local business!) Bonus: they deliver!

Great range of dog food, coats, toys, treats, leads, harnesses, collars and natural chews including hairy and non hairy noses, hides, tendons, ears, tripe and fish skins. Staff are lovely and welcoming, very helpful and they can order products into store.

Very friendly staff and a huge selection of items. The rabbit food and toys they carry are some of the best I've found. They are also very well priced. My only issue was other customers not wearing face masks, in particular an older gentleman who confessed to the lady behind the counter that he'd only just left his house after being bed-ridden with Covid for the last 2 weeks - and that he still wasn't feeling well. The shop can't help the stupidity of some of their customers'.

Nice pet shop ! Nice things in ! But it could with some improvements! Like getting more better budgie toys in ! Like scew ones put on cage ! That's only down fall Nice staff makes u wellcome l rate this shop 4/5 if they can get more better budgie toys it will be 5 stars ! I recommend u go there nice quality dog and cat things in a good pet shop
