I thoroughly recommend Earful, who performed my ear syringing with such professionalism and dignity today. I’ve been struggling to hear clearly for weeks now and don’t know why I waited so long to have this painless procedure done. Anyway, all clear now and actually life changing, being able to hear everyone so clearly. Highly recommend Earful - an indicative hearing test done as well and given the gift of a small bottle of olive oil. Overall, a great experience!

After checking the full background of my problem, my ears were examined, and I was able to see the inside myself using a clever little camera and small handheld screen.A full and clear explanation of the procedure was given.The procedure itself was a little uncomfortable, but not painful. The results were instant and remarkable.I was given a small hearing test at the end, and a bottle of olive oil drops, with aftercare instruction given.I would recommend the service, and the specialist at Mill Hill is lovely to deal with.

This service was recommended to me by my youngest son who visited to have some ear wax removed from both ears. Needed help with my blocked ears. Found the on line booking service very easy and arranged an appointment for the following day, and the current discount offer was a bonus. The clinician was very friendly and professional, and cleaned my ears thoroughly. My hearing improved immediately.Great service and would definitely use more regularly, and would recommend.

I booked an appointment for Tuesday for someone to look at my ear (both ears were inc in the price so I thought okay let’s book it) the nurse looked into my ears and told me that I didn’t have a lot of wax within my ears and the one I was struggling the most with had a lump (possibly from a ear infection) and that she couldn’t really do much (she did attempt to use the equipment on my ears but told me that very little came out) Due to me still being in agony I went to someone else who looked at the ear I was having trouble with and she automatically told me that it was badly blocked and that she didn’t understand how it was not seen/noticed at my app. She has successfully removed all of the wax from my ear and she showed me what came out and it was a lot. £35 down the drain..I’m really sorry but I would not recommend you guys to anyone. The nurse that did see me was absolutely lovely, I’m just so disheartened that in a way I feel like more could’ve been done considering someone else has managed to unblock my ear which was full of wax. The 2 stars are literally just for how sweet the nurse was and for the free olive oil I got (which does not add up to £35)

The lady was lovely, place was very clean, she ran through all the information and let me see what was in my ear. Never seen inside my ear before. Was cool. 10/10
