Gary little has been amazing from the point of looking for a new car. He went out of his way to accommodate around work shifts, once car was ordered he kept me updated all the way through. Even showing me a sneaky peak of the car. On going to pick up the car he was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful and informative

Just got my new car from Hendy, Salisbury today. Ashley was amazing, went out of his way to make sure I left happy. Never had such good service from a car dealership before. After my experience today I guess you can call me a Hendy guy, will definitely be going back in a couple years for an upgrade.

Visited Hendy Salisbury to view and compare different vehicles. Dealt with by Chris Cromarty who was knowledgeable about the vehicles and extremely helpful and affable. Allowed to test drive two models, under varying traffic / road conditions. All my questions were answered, and I came away with a clear understanding of each car. I was put under no pressure to buy 'on the spot' : ideal since I had already explained that this visit was for comparison only at this time. But the service given meant that I will certainly return to Hendy Salisbury when the time is right for me to buy. Well done, Chris ! Highly recommended!

Hendy Renault Salisbury staff are always friendly and efficient and their service when buying my new Renault Clio was no exception. Everything was explained clearly, no pressure was applied and I was able to decide for myself the best choice of vehicle and payment option. From first seeing the car to driving it away took less than a week. I was impressed with the service and delighted with my new car.

At first I reported a sound that was coming from the front, took it in, and they said the steering rack (or something) needs replacing, so they will order the part. That was end of October last year. I then took my van into service, and there was an engine light on. They said they needed to do some investigations, which took three weeks, then they finally found the fault. They then said they will have to order the part in, which took from April, until now to come. They replaced that, but when I asked about the previous one which came in October, they said there can’t find a record of that. And also they can find the fault with the vehicle. So they returned it. It’s a shame that I had to go through all this, and still come out the other end unsatisfied.
