Co-op Food - Staines - London Square

Great store been struggling to redeem vouchers at various other places to be told they won’t work but the guys helped out and got my vouchers to work. A lot friendlier staff than the other co-op stores in nearby areas!

Good selection of products and a good international and vegan section for a smaller store

For the convenience and extended opening hours you pay a little more. They do discount items throughout the day and good bargains can be found. Friendly staff. They need to keep an eye on people waiting at the tills more.

Yeah, it's a nice co-op store and a welcome addition to the Staines area, especially since there aren't many medium sized convenience stores nearby the area.ATM is provided at the front of the store and the store itself is deceptively large inside. But yeah. It's pretty good.

Just been served by BEN well what can I say!!! Like being serve by a ghost.I say good evening no reply, Ben was too busy looking at his phone.I Pay the bill and say thank you and say good bye and guess what? no response from Ben no thanks and no good bye.

Really handy opening times for those early morning/late night essentials.Always clean and well managed with discounted food generally available which I will say is of a better quality than other retailers

I use this new store on regular basis and I must say it is a great addition, just what Staines town centre needed. The staff are friendly, attentive and professional. Just great service overall.

Check your receipts. They are stealing from you!Only used this store out of desperation as their prices are stupidly high. Throw in the fact that at least one in three items are incorrectly priced, and they then overcharge you. I swear it is a scam. If you purchased a basket of items, you'd not check each individual price at the till.I can guarantee if I walked around and picked up 3 random items, at least one would be overpriced from what the self says. I struggle to believe that overcharging on every visit is an honest error, i am certain it is a deliberate act by the store to squeeze you for even more. During a cost of living crisis, they should be ashamed.Don't shop there. If you do, make sure you take a picture of the price on the shelf for every item you buy and check them off when you ring them up. You'll save yourself 25%.

man behind counter playing about with till, totally ignored me trying to pay for my items. he sort of mumbled something to a assistant to serve me, but, she looked at me and wandered off. so, I put my items back, they lost my twenty pounds. terrible service from two very ignorant people.
