Can’t say enough great things about Sarah, I was so pleased with the advice I got. I came to Sarah thinking that I probably do some stuff well, but there are probably things I could improve. I’ve had people try to give me nutrition advice before, and my experience wasn’t great. Sarah really listened to everything I said. Every piece of advice was perfectly tailored to me. Not only was their loads of good pointers, but she also put it all into context by giving me examples of how it fits into my life. All of it was so easy to do so I can make small changes to get a big improvement.I would have no hesitation in recommending Sarah for anyone looking to improve their diet.

What attracted me to Sarah is that she is also a fellow runner and I wanted someone who could advise me on what kind of nutrition I needed pre / during / post training and races, etc. I have also wanted to transition over to a more plant base diet but had no idea where to start.Sarah was very informative. No beating around the bush and straight to the point which is what I like. We covered a lot but we concentrated on 3 main points so I didn’t walk away all confused. Could not recommend her enough!

Fantastic and friendly service. I am an ultra runner and trail runner. I pride myself on leading a healthy lifestyle and I eat a vegan diet. Sarah was full of really good advice and information on how to improve my nutrient intake and get the most out of my food that both fitted my life style and budget and complimented my training. Can't recommend Sarah highly enough. I had a pretty good diet but something was out of kilter and I wasn't feeling 100%. Sarah spent time talking through my health and nutrition history with me, and developed a protocol that fitted with my lifestyle and existing eating habits. She gave me detailed, specific advice, and the app allowed me to track my progress and for Sarah to provide updated advice, as well as helping me stay motivated! I've developed better habits and incorporated the advice she gave into my routine. Sarah is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to all things food, the impact it has on our bodies and how it influences our experience of wellness. She provided a very detailed action plan for me within a very short space of time and followed it up with further information and recipes to try, which so far have been very good¬ filled with 100 expensive ingredients. Brilliant work.
