Brilliant taxi company. I was a very difficult customer on a busy Friday night but I was treated with courtesy and the firm was very adaptable. I told them I was tight for time and that the cab had to be punctual. Even though there was a lot of traffic the taxi turned up on time. For my journey back I changed the agreed pick-up time at short notice which they agreed to. A couple of hours later I changed it again, to earlier. The company still accommodated me and sent a cab. They also sent the name of the driver and registration number of the car. I would definitely use this company again. They were fantastic.

Ordered a taxi from this company last night for me and my daughter from our hotel to the stranger things experience which was a 3 minute journey and costs £20.00.They was no meter displayed in the taxi, The driver called the office for the cost of the Fare and he said “Special Price”Our return journey using an alternative firm costs £8.00 including a tip!Would avoid this company at all costs.Reported to the hotel who will not be using the company again.

Great airport transfer services . Staff is amazing and professional, reliable and very friendly. I highlyrecommend this company.I phoned other company too but this one come up on top because of great customer service and helpfulness. I will keep using A&A as I often have family and friends coming to visit. Glad I found this company.

Exceptional Service. Sabah is an excellent driver. Although I was delayed in traffic on the way to rendezvous, he was patient and understanding. He was very punctual when he came to pick me up after work too.Will definitely use the service again.
