Phoned this morning, Sunday, and Ian came out within 90 minutes, very polite and told me how he was going to treat the wasps, really good courteous service, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

Excellent customer service. I called them because I had a wasp nest in my shed. Ian asked me to describe it, and he was quickly able to suggest that the nest might be dead, so I saved money in being able to deal with it myself. Very honest and helpful, I'll come back to them first if I ever have a pest problem.

Iain came round yesterday and took care of a wasp nest under the tiles in our roof. He did a really great job - fast, thorough, professional- problem sorted! He was able to apply the wasp powder using a device on extension poles - great to know like me you’re worried about someone climbing on your roof! Cheers Iain, hopefully won’t have to see you again, but if we get any wasps in the future, we know who to call.
