really un-personal and rushed 'service'. Seemed to busy to talk through any actual details and rather just talked over explaining that they are only there to perform one specific function and only after I provide proof I qualify for legal aid. Also they seemed to have problem calling me on my mobile and so I had to stand on a landline with others overhearing my legal matters. They did however offer a mediation to the other party, which was refused. The 'help' from this company ended ubruptly there with their letter confirming the mediation offer wasnt accepted. What a country we live in!?!?! why is everything so needless complicated and non-personal. I gave 2 stars becoz I now they are just there to make money and not worry about each and every problem they hear about. couldnt fairly give any higher though for the reasons just stated
