Fantastic service! I came in looking for an iPhone 6s for a gift and the lady who served me was great - she took care of everything. I was shown several different devices and allowed to try them all out to check for damage and battery condition. They were all in great nick so in the end I just chose based on colour. They were clearly determined to provide me with the exactly what I needed. She also gave me a great price and included a lovely case that I picked out and even a new SIM. It was just such a positive retail experience which I feel has to be recognised! I got the impression this is a family-run business and they clearly take pride in their service. Great little place. Can’t recommend enough.

Bought an Iphone 13 for my sister and i bought a Samsung Galaxy A53 for myself. This is a great shop and the man in charge is very kind and honest , i recommend getting phones from here and i will always come here if i need advice or a new phone.

Had to go back twice to repair my phone screen, the man pretended I didn’t have it done there, now my screen doesn’t react with the touch on certain spots, would not recommend.

The best independent mobile phone shop in Walsall. Been going here for 15 years. Always trustworthy, polite and reliable.

Terrible service. They could not unlock a phone after claiming that it would be quite simple. They did not have the correct knowledge or skills. They attempted to unlock my phone more than 5 times and mishandling the phone, using the wrong software. The phone is now permanently damaged because of these people. They are a fraud and scam.

For the last at least ten years I’ve been having my phones from here from the cheapest to the most expensive and ive never had a problem. Always polite and honest when it comes to upgrades tells you honest opinions not like other phone shops that try everything to get you to buy more expensive phones. I would highly recommend to anyone.
