Fantastic experience from booking to the scan. Lovely atmosphere, very professional, made to feel very welcome on arrival by Mufaddal and completely at ease and cared for by Emma who carried out the scan. Can’t speak highly enough of the whole experience and can thoroughly recommend Ultrasound Direct.

I decided to use a private provider after being referred for an NHS ultrasound, but no sign of an appointment after several weeks. I booked an appointment with Ultra Sound Direct within a couple of days. Really excellent scan, very thorough and professional in every way. I was given a paper copy of the scan results and the electronic files are immediately accessible and downloadable. This has saved me a lot of worry and represents excellent value. Thank you!

The staff were so friendly and engaging. They made us feel really comfortable. The lady scanning me had so much knowledge about everything. This is my third baby but the first time having an early private and scan and it is well worth the money

Our 4th scan with Sandra today and, as always, fantastic. Thank you for such a lovely experience. Sandra always goes the extra mile and explains everything as she goes through the scan. Great to receive the photographs and videos electronically (as well as prints) straight after the scan - we'll treasure them for ever!

Turned up here for a 5.30 appointment and it was closed. So disappointed......The main office explained the office hadn't been open all day. Why did no one contact us ?Terribly unprofessional especially for a company who are dealing with expectant parents who want piece of mind.....

This was an amazing experience. We were seen in a timely manner and all staff were friendly and guided us through the process. I felt at ease throughout and given plenty of time to ask any questions. The pictures/videos we got afterwards were of great quality and perfect mementos. We thought the heartbeat bear (we got a bunny) might be a bit gimmicky but it's so wonderful to have and share the heartbeat sound with our friends and family.

They had plenty of available for appointments that suited us.I had an early scan at 10 weeks here. It was a great experience! Sandra explained clearly what we were seeing on the screen.The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. I totally recommend this place you you want a scan.We had a positive experience.

Just amazing service every time.We are always greeted with a warm and friendly smile from Millie, who always recognises us and genuinely wants to know how we’ve been doing.Having had IVF, I’ve had my fair share of scans and I have to say that Sandra is one of the best. She constantly reassures us throughout the scan and explains everything we are seeing on the screen in detail. I would highly recommend Ultrasound Direct West Bridgford
