An aging immersion heater and tank needs to be replaced immediately. Adam was really helpful, competent, considerate, and affordable. The work was completed to an exceptionally high standard. He really tried to get to us as soon as he could. very content.

If I could give this a zero I would. Came to install a new shower, which has not been attached properly to the wall and inside has left bare wire so unsafe to use, didn’t want to give us a receipt or invoice and only wanted cash payment, left the bathroom in a mess and the old shower on our landing. We were completely scammed. Do not use.You did not advise us to contact the council. That is a complete lie. We also did not keep your phone you left it on the windowsill and had to come back for it. You were not verbally abused you did not like the fact that the shower does not work and we asked you to complete the job when you came back for your phone. You don’t like the fact you got caught and had you not left your phone you would have been paid for a job not done and still not working. You didn’t even have all the correct tools with youWe have pictures of your bad work. The shower does not work at all the shower is not flush to the wall as it should be and you left a mess. Good workmen clean up and remove the old shower. We have reported you to trading standards and the police.

HertsPlumb Fix did a great job fixing a bath tap leak and replacing several taps in the home. He had shut down the main water supply which was submerged in water, but he still managed to do it. He also cleaned up after. Very happy and will recommend.

Herts Plumb Fix were very helpful in fixing my my boiler when the central heating wasn't working. They were on time, explained the situation, what needed to be done and honest. Their work was swift, making sure once they had finished working in one area they would tidy up. They have very good knowledge and would highly recommend!

I had Syed around to move two radiators - great communication, quality and such a pleasure to have in the house. I got a few more jobs that will go to HertsPlumb Fix for sure.
