Usa Car Wash & Valeting Cantre

Scam, they barely clesned my car. I went home and managed to clean it better by myself I'm five minutes than they did in ten. When cleaning the wheels they only cleaned the front right one and not the rest so it looked like they were doing all of them because I could see them. Then they hoped to charge me the price of a mini-vallet when all I got was a wash and dry. I wholeheartedly do not recommend this place. You'd be much better doing to one of the many automated washers in Carrickfergus. Of which there are four or five.

Absolutely love going to this car wash. I don’t think I use any other one. I go regularly and they never fail to do an amazing job. The team down at the car wash isn’t probably the best it has ever been. Very friendly, great customer service and they have your car cleaned in no time! Thank you USA Car Wash!

Allow I was the only one there Sunday About 1.30 I did only request a wash on my car only. Was very disappointed as when I got home which is only 2 minutes away I Was Very Disappointed that the Wheels if The Car were NIT washed properly They Were Still Full OF MUCK so they didn't do their job properly there. I was extremely disappointed They Still Charged £6

I have to say this car wash is excellent and the car is washed and dried properly compared to some places but I put that solely down to the staff there they are very good and don't earn their wages easy ,they never stop

Always have a good experience here. They clean your car very well, it doesn't take longer than about 20 mins for a mini valet and they are very reasonably priced. About £18 for a medium sized car to get a mini valet which covers all the important bits inside and out.

Just been and did a great job cleaning the car inside and out but hit my seatbelt fuse and caused a fault and didn’t bother to mention me gonna cost me now to fix it

Got my girlfriends car and mine washed on Sunday the 13th May and tbh very disappointed. Too 50 minutes for a Mini Valet and car wasn’t cleaned properly. Dashboard not polished, not hoovered properly and wheels still had marks on them. Seats not cleaned either, all in all a very bad service. My car was even worse and when I questioned the girl who seemed to be in charge all she could do shrug her shoulders and say “we very busy” yet her friends car who came in after me his car was spotless. Seems if you know the people in the car wash you get better service. I was last to leave with 5 other cars who came in after me long gone. I had to ask her what was keeping them so long to clean my car. 50 minutes for a car wash n dry is a bit too much in my opinion. So folks save your money and go somewhere else if your cars dirty because by the time Car Wash USA in Carrickfergus finish it’ll still be dirty and you’ll have lost and hour of your life.
