I’m a young girl who went in to get my tyres changed and also asked them to check the rattle under my car. They said it was 2 back exhaust boxes need changing-£258 quoted. Thought this didn’t sound right so got my mechanic friend to check over and they said there was nothing wrong with them. Basically tried to exploit my lack of car knowledge and scam me out of £258.

5 star, Very professional and friendly service from both guys in the office. Will be my first port of call if anything goes wrong in the future, thanks again!

Don't like leaving negative reviews but today's experience wasn't good. Rang yesterday to discuss getting my tyres changed, good conversation over the phone. Left it that the tyres would be delivered to them by 11am the next day so I could bring my car after that. Had to rearrange my lunch and take a shorter lunch and arrange to finish work early so I'd be able to get back to collect car before it closes. I took the car down at about 1:15, only to be told that the tyres haven't been delivered! I understand problems happen but not to be called and told this is just really bad customer service. Hassle for nothing, complete waste of time and just a yeah sorry about that." Sadly can't comment on the work that they do because I wouldn't know."

I've got to give it to lodge tyres Sam did an outstanding job! He was fast and efficient and very friendly, I was in and out of there in no time at all. now I'm back on the road with all my wheels pointing straight! Would definitely recommend going back there to get my tyre sealed some time in the week too

We had a puncture on one of our vans and needed someone to attend urgently to fit a new tyre. I called Lodge Tyre Co and spoke to Sam Walker, he arranged for one of his fitters to be with our engineer within an hour or so. Not only was Sam extremely helpful he was efficient and got the job done so we could be on our way. He kept us updated throughout also. Thank you! The Service I received by Sam & the team was fantastic. I would actually say the service was above & beyond. Sam took me home as I couldn't drive my vehicle & Sam picked me up the next day when the car was sorted. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble for them. Once again a very BIGH THANK YOU guys. Sam and his team are absolute legends, sourced tyres for our old manitou loader, called before hand to arrange coming to our yard. Fantastic service from eugenie. I had a puncture on the busy A508, Eugene stopped to offer help and fitted my spare and made sure everything was safe and secure to continue my journey.
