Hot Tub Hire North Wales

I booked the Helsinki Hot Tub and Marquee (without sides) as a surprise for my husband's birthday. I left a friend to let the team in as it arrived a day earlier than planned and they did a lovely job setting it up in the perfect spot and left everything neat and tidy and with clear instructions. The children and all the family really enjoyed it and whilst I would never get our own hot tub, I wouldn't hesitate to hire one again as it was great fun, easy to fill up, use and maintain - and all the hard work is done by the Hire team! they came to collect as agreed a few days later and I feel I got good value for money with such lovely, friendly service. Would recommend :-)

Hot tub hire North Wales were brilliant! Jamie responded to my many questions quickly and helped deliver the hot tub to my family as a surprise! They absolutely loved it and all the accessories that came with it, it really did make a wonderful weekend. Jamie did everything on drop off and pick up and it was super organised and easy and the customer service has been amazing. Thank you!!!

Highly recommend this company! We couldn't find a property to hire with a hot tub so booked a house and contacted Hot Tub Hire North Wales. Very efficient and professional service.Jamie ensured the tub was up and running for our 1st night, gave us full instructions along with his phone number in the event of questions.The hot tub was the best thing ever, so glad they were able to help is out!

Fantastic service from this company and really friendly too. Hot tub was great fun and they kept in touch brilliantly even checking the next day if it was set up OK. Couldn't fault them and would definitely use again.

Excellent service and product and impeccable customer service.We didn't contact them until the morning we wanted to hire a hot tub (last minute decision). We had a really quick response and had a joy tub delivered that day.It was all set up for us quickly and efficiently and everything explained to us in a comprehensive manner. This was then followed up with a message containing any instructions/information we might need too.After delivery they were happy to answer any further questions quickly and fully.Our children had a brilliant time and it turned out to be the perfect way to end the summer holidays.That's not mentioning the excellent value for money too. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience with two different bookings for our house in Y Felinheli. First was for my 30th birthday- we had the 7 seater hot tub which was great. Good communication with the owners, really easy set up and the hot tub was perfect. Good instructions sent too, very easy to follow, and the fairy lights and gazebo worked perfectly. So happy with this we then a few months later hired one of the 4-6 sized ones, again a great experience. Thanks so much, have already recommended to several local friends!

We used this service November last year for a hen do and the service was excellent. Nothing was too much of an ask and any questions were replied to straight away. It was very windy when we hired it and he set everything up by himself and managed to properly secure the gazeebo down, everything was spot on. Would definitely be using again. Thank you

I can’t thank Hot Tub Hire North Wales enough especially as I had to rearrange my booking to meet Covid regulations. They were very helpful and extremely professional.Communication was fantastic both prior to the day on the day and afterwards. They arrived promptly and set everything up - all we had to do was use the hot tub. We booked for the weekend for my daughters birthday party and her and a couple of friends had great fun.I can’t recommend this company enough - we would definitely use them again in the future.
