There is very little room for a wheelchair user to get through the various sections. Most of the staff stand around talking to each other but don't have time to assist customers. I asked for an item in a particular size and just got told no we havent got any". The guy didn't even look and i couldn't look for myself as the items were high up and I'm in a wheelchair. There was only 1 member of staff that we found helpful and pleasant (ginger haired young man). He also seemed to be the only 1 doing any work. Approached the cash desk and the young lady on the till had a face like a wet weekend

Quick and easy staff were fast and attentive and smiled at my silly jokes

Very happy with my experience in sellyoak Jd store, gentleman helped me very quick and very helpful! Didn’t get the name but he went out of his way to help me today!

The website said it's open at 10 AM. Had to wait until 10.30 for it to open. Asked a young man if I could try on 3 pairs of adidas trainers. We waited 10 minutes even though we were the only couple in there waiting to try on trainers. Only 2 pairs brought out. The young lady who served us was lovely but apart from that the service wasn't great!

They lie about opening times. It closes at 4, not 5 on sundays as ive just been very disappointed

Bad customer service, staff standing around doing nothing while the slow checkouts have just 3 staff working on the till. Queued for 20 plus mins to be then told on a (normal working day Fri 27th Dec) that they cannot process refunds until 29th Dec, because it's just too busy......Well they want to make sales but ate not bothered about the after sales care. Most companies have a returns section and more staff....so instead of having at least 4 staff I noticed standing doing nothing invest in a returns desk. Because you have now lost 2 customers and I see from twitter and Instagram I am not the only one. This is the first time I have shopped at JD sports and will be the last. I was not impressed with the Northfield store either where I made the purchase. Again staff standing doing nothing while one person on checkout was swamped queues of people...then there was me who just wanting to get something off the hanger which was up past 7 foot on the wall, I called a member of staff and he was reluctant to help but he did, and quickly ran off to carry on feeling" clothes and staring into space. Anyway all in all not impressed with this company on first impressions"

Rubbish service. I went in this store select some trainer gave them to one of the shop assistant, never seen him again. I went looking for him, when I found him he said oh sorry give me a minute" I had to go back to work so i walked out of the shop. When I finish work I went back to the store

The lady that served me, made a mistake with the transaction, and when corrected on it got a little bit shirty and made out like it was my son in laws fault. But had she been concentrating in the first place would have seen the simple error. Didn't like her attitude towards us as customers. If I could leave no stars I would.

Think the till staff need more work on customer services. This is not the first time I have visited, with the same staff at the till and they are not very approachable at all. Doesn't help that they leave the till to go and look at themselves in the mirror either. I have work in retail a number of years and this isn't how I would portray myself as an employee at all.
