Prompt and friendly service at reasonable cost .Would definitely use the service again if I had a lock problem

JIR Locksmith were excellent. Jack telephoned me as soon as he got my request to clarify my requirements. He did not charge a call out fee. We arranged a time for him to come and he was prompt and arrived with all of the parts that were needed to repair my external door lock which had been making my house insecure because we were unable to lock it. He recommended changing the gearbox to something that was more secure and explained clearly the reason for this. The cost of the additional part was only £11.62. He charged exactly as quoted and completed all of the work inside the hour so there was no additional labour charge for fitting the extra part. He was both professional and approachable. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Jack came out to us on New Year’s Day to fix the lock on our back door and ended up taking a look at and fixing several other locks too! Fantastic, friendly and professional service at a reasonable price, if you need a lock fixing he is your man!
