Brilliant service by friendly Knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend Pedal Heaven to anyone looking for a bike, accessories or servicing. I brought my cube bike from here a number of years ago and they have happily helped me ever since. Even with constant stupid questions I have. Every time I take my kids in they are great with them too. A well earned 5 stars!

Pedal Heaven are excellent! I’ve shopped there many times over the years. They have a lot of inventory on everything I’ve ever needed, but it is their amazing service and focus on the customer that differentiates them from other shops in the area. Highly recommend them.

I try to avoid going in to bike shops too often as it's bad for my wallet, but I had to take my bike in for a small bit of work today. They were really helpful and friendly and certainly know their stuff in the workshop; when I'm in the market for new gear I'll certainly be popping in again.

The team provided service beyond my expectations by having my bike ready so I could use it for a sportive. Bike went in for a gold service and the team were waiting on a part. When it didn’t come in on time they went out of their way to source one. Big thanks to Theo who did the work on it and also to Des, Graham and Craig.

Popped in to get a part for my bike and just wow! The whole team were extremely welcoming and very knowledgeable and were able to supply what I needed. So handy being in town with plenty of parking nearby. I had to stop myself from looking around their shop as felt I would have bought a new bike as so much choice! Thanks again for being so helpful!

Dropped in after my gear shifter broke on the commute home - couldn’t have been more helpful. Mended it straight away, offered a coffee, and chat. Really welcoming team - won me over as a customer.
