I was introduced to this garage through out my insurance for a front damage.While the vehicle was in there for the front damage I request for some extra repairs on the side seals but they refused the extra work for reasons unknown. When the repairs that where paid by my insurance finish I end up with un finish repairs of a broken frame that they said that would request the part and I could come later to finish the repair, 2 broken bulbs and a bumper washer that doesn't fit properly in the bumper every time its used.The bulbs they change it but when waiting for a response from the garage for the frame that was broken, the only response I received was from my insurance company to say that the repairs where done and the claim was closed.It's a kind of garage that works for insurance companies but not for it's customers.I was very disappointed.

Steer were responsible for repairing my car after an accident. They were fantastic at keeping me updated and I found all of the people I spoke to very helpful. There was a minor issue after the car was returned and they sent somebody out almost immediately to rectify this. Excellent professional service.

Despite my insurance company not playing fair and failing to support me leaving me with no choice but to withdraw my claim, the staff at Corby Steer were the only people who treated me and my car well and provided excellent customer service.

Referred to by my insurance for repairs after a minor accident where I was hit in the rear, initial repairs was decent but discovered months later one of the rear licence plate lights was just taped together and not replaced, after much back and forth they finally accepted to replace it again (After Auxillis made them) only to find the light installed backwards, once again taped and not working with the casing still cracked. Do not recommend.

My car got smashed up in a shunt and Steer re-built it! Initially on return of the car, I had a niggle with a noise on the front brake - but the company dealt with it brilliantly; instantly re-collecting the car, providing a courtesy replacement , checking out the issue and remedying the problem. Excellent.

What can I say, a very thorough repair on my car, lots of work carried out on my 2 doors, replacing them both and all inside electrical, mechanical and further engineering that was required. A perfect paint match finish.A big thank you to all the team members who took the time to get it back to its original specifications.Definitely worth the wait.Very thoughtful, understanding and helpful staff.Thank you and well done to all.

Very very impressed. Very welcoming and pleasant. You get the feeling they love what they do. After a car hit mine when we had snow. My insurance sent me to these professional people. Had my car back after 2 working days fixed and looking fantastic again. Received a call to tell me my car was fixed and even offered to drop it off and collect the courtesy car. Staff was disorganised and I often needed to call to chase up the status of my car. Additionally, the repair took much longer than I was quoted for as some detailing and repair was not properly completed. Please be cautious when using Steer
