Lash and Locks, Ecclesall, Sheffield

I have been going to Natasha since she opened LASHH and she is the best lash technician I have been to. Always listens to what I ask for, they last ages and always look lovely. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Had LVL lashes done by Natasha. Love them. Natasha is super friendly and puts you at ease. Lashes look so long I don't have to wear Mascara now. Will definitely come back. Very impressed and lovely looking salon too.

I am a regular customer at Lash and Locks and I cannot recommend them enough. Natasha is absolutely amazing, she always does the most beautiful lashes and I always come out of the appointment feeling great. The service is professional and Natastsha is always prompt at getting back to me if ever I need to change my appointment. Nastasha is so friendly and makes me feel at ease straigt away. So happy with every lash set I've had, cannot recommend this place enough! 5*

Had lashes on for the first time and I absolutely love them! I have also been on holiday and they got wet numerous times with swimming, water parks etc and they still look perfect. Another positive is the salon is very relaxed, great service without the pretentious atmosphere! I would highly recommend.

Booked in to have lashes for my wedding and the bridesmaids too. My lashes eventually looked OK, after having to return to get them corrected. I was very disappointed with the service and felt the technician was too distracted to care about our experience. She spent most of the time on her mobile chatting to her boyfriend and family and continuing to work on the lashes whilst on her phone, texting etc. I had my lashes checked afterwards by another technician and was told that one eye had at least 8-10 empty lashes. Cost me £135 only to find one bridesmaid had removed hers on the day cause she said they had massive lumps of glue and the other looked like she didn't have any lashes in. I bought a kit and added some extra lashes in myself, before my big day. Overall, I was not impressed and felt I had wasted alot of money and received a poor service.

I am a lash tech. My friend came here while I was away. I was shocked to see her lashes. They were uneven, way more on one eye than the other. They kept clumping up and falling out after 1 day. The lash tech was very unprofessional, on her phone the whole time talking to her boyfriend. A good lash tech will take at least 1 and a half hours to do lashes correctly, not 40 minutes (half of that she was on the phone or chatting to other people). Very unprofessional. Don’t waste your money.
