It's a lovely store and the staff are friendly. We will certainly use it frequently, however, I am very disappointed with the reaction when I reported that there was almost no jam in the four jam doughnuts that we had purchased the previous day. The manager told me that despite the store boasting an in-house bakery these doughnuts are received from an outside source and arrive in a frozen state. Surely a refund was in order?

A good store with a wide selection of products, from all the essentials to more luxurious items. Friendly staff and always clean - although it is brand new. Pretty reasonable prices on the most part for a local store. However, some items could be more competitively priced, meaning we do travel elsewhere at times, which is a shame - as a local family.Please consider investing more in your range of ales etc… (*cough* Tiny Rebel *cough*) Wine selection is good!

Lovely inviting store. Airy with wide aisles. Clean and tidy. Great choice and variety including specialised products for free from, gluten free and vegan and vegetarian. Friendly staff

staff are absolutely clueless,i had given them £5 and bought £1.80 worth of items and got £3.30 change,there are also never anybody at the till,i had to wait 5 minutes for someone to get on the till.
