Lily Ambrose Yoga

I've been coming to classes for a few months, each week now and it's really made a difference for me. I always feel so much better after and also I have noticed a considerable increase in my flexibility. Lily is lovely and patient and caters to all levels whether you're a complete beginner or more advanced. It's a fun and friendly environment where you can feel totally comfortable to relax and progress at your own pace in your yoga journey. 10000% would recommend!
