TFP Oxford Fertility Clinic

If you are a donor, don’t bother with this clinic. The lack of care, integrity and disrespect towards their donors is outrageous. I contacted this company a year ago to become a donor and they kept changing their mind if I can donate or not, with many endless and pointless trips to the clinic over a year (which I have not been reimbursed for). I last had a medical (bloods taken) with them on the 3rd of August 2023 and 8 weeks later they still have not had the common decency to contact me to let me know if I can donate or not. Baring in mind the time I have given it’s very unprofessional and discourteous to be ignored. You think they would treat potential donors with better efficiency and gratitude. Their online platform never works and their communication is non existent. When you can donate their times are very restrictive, which is difficult if you are a 9-5 worker; other clinics are much more accommodating and flexible with their donation times. When trying to donate you can hear the staff laughing on the other side of wall, which is really off putting. Seriously, if you are a donor and want to donate, go else where. This clinic is a joke.

TFP Oxford have been incredible. The staff are supportive, kind and caring. Everyone I have met has bent over backwards to help and have taken the time to answer my million and 1 questions.

I would like to strongly recommend this clinic. We successfully got pregnant after a first transfer. Our son was born June 2023 and he is a beautiful healthy baby.Staff on the clinic is fantastic! Everyone is warm and helpful. Communication with clinic is excellent, all informations is clear so everyone can understand how to manage through the treatment.

Couldn't ask for a more perfect IVF journey. We started the process and were amazed at how quickly it went, at every stage both myself and my husband were supported, reassured and made to feel confident in our choices.Every member of the TFP Oxford team we encountered was professional, knowledgeable and friendly.We were lucky enough to have a successful first transfer, and some extra embryos in freeze with TFP too.We are forever going to be thankful for TFP for helping us get our little girl.

Double-check every single piece of information carefully. When going into the clinic you will see advertisement and will be sent digital brochures offering simple monthly payment plans to spread the cost of all or part of your treatment". I received such a brochure in March 2023 and financing was one of the reasons why I decided to go ahead with this clinic. However

TFP Oxford have been with us every step of the way. We’d been with a different clinic where the treatment was good, but the administration was poor and it created a lot of unnecessary stress. We went with TFP Oxford because of their patient journey focus, and we have not been disappointed. The whole team genuinely care, from the doctors to the reception staff. It’s been so helpful, we can’t thank them enough.

Really recommend Oxford! The staff are so so nice and caring. If you have a question you can either message or ring them and you get a response that day. They are so friendly and take the time to put you at ease. Also very thorough. Had our embryo transfer today and the team have been so so kind. Lovely modern, clean clinic aswell. Highly recommend Oxford, we travel all the way from Devon to come to the clinic as we heard such great things. So happy we choose them

Donating at TFP was an amazing experience. So humbling to know I've helped someone gain something they could never achieve before. The staff were amazing throughout the whole procedure from day one. Couldn't recommend TFP any more highly to anyone wanting to donate or even go through IVF. The information they give you and guid you through every stage is second to none. Truly incredible team.

We cannot recommend TFP Oxford highly enough. We have had the highest of highs and lowest of lows along our fertility journey, and the support and care from the Oxford team has been nothing short of incredible in every circumstance. From doctors, nurses, embryologist and patient support, everyone is kind, caring, knowledgeable and available. Everyone worked together seamlessly and brought us our beautiful baby.
