Force 10 Property Management - Estate Agents & Letting Agents Doncaster and across South Yorkshire

Have not used them personally, but referred friends to Force 10 and the level of service provided was exceptional. I feel confident in referring to them again as I can trust they will look after my contacts as friends and not just clients.

Great and friendly company. They led me through application process very smooth and fast. They replied to every question and explain everything. I strongly recommend and will definitely use again.

Anyone wanting to use this company....please turn around and walk away! Absolutely appalling services and behaviour. Promising everything, and pretending to care when I needed to get out of the house I was in at the time due to troubles with the landlords. They were fully aware of the stress I had been under, and promised i would be much happier in the new home. Agreed to do some major maintenance work, as the front and back doors were horrendous, and needed replacing. The house was freezing, because the doors were allowing cold wind to flow through, and it was the middle of winter. I had my 4 year old son with me in the house...we both got sick because it was so cold, and I spent over £300 on gas alone in the 3 short months I lived there. They did not care at all. Kept saying they were trying to sort it our with the landlord...then when I had enough and said I was leaving, they admitted the landlord never wanted to change the doors!!! Disgusting people. I had to involve the council, who sent out a housing standards officer to assess the home. They agreed with me that there were category 1 and category 2 hazards, that the agent had to fix in order for someone to live there comfortably, as is anyone's right to do so. Force ten still denied that they needed to do any work....made a few phone calls for people to come and look at issues, but again nothing was followed up by them. While living there, I was often asked to source workmen for work, myself. I ended up having my grandparents gardener come and sort the gardens that were overgrown and had glass everywhere. They said this would be done BEFORE I moved in...it was not. Everything they said they would do, they never did. And now they are hounding me for money, and have requested my deposit from the DPS. I have suffered much emotional, and financial stress due to this company and their immoral practices. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RIP YOU OFF....AND THEY DON'T CARE IF YOU ARE A SINGLE PARENT AND STRUGGLING. THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY OF THEIR ACTION, AND JUST PASS TENANTS BETWEEN THEMSELVES....PASSING THE BLAME. On the agreed day of checkout, I arrived at the office to hand the keys in, only to find out the man I was supposed to meet to do my check out wasnt even in the country!! And they denied me my lawful right to have until midnight to clear everything out of the house. They demanded I be done by 3.30 in the afternoon....when I am supposed to be picking up my son from school. Absolutely horrible people

Renting a place to live can be stressful, especially when you are also moving from another country, as I was. My experience with Force 10 was outstanding throughout, and all the people were friendly, flexible and very helpful. Thank you Ovidiu, Hazel and Steven!

It has been a great experience using Force 10. Everybody at the agency were friendly but professional while renting the property. 5 star from us!

I found Force 10 PM very easy to work with, quick to respond to emails/calls, very helpful and accommodating.The property I'm renting with them is clean and very well looked after.Overall I am very happy with the decision of using Force 10 PM.

As a tenant of a business property I have found Force 10 to be extremely professional and competent. Any issues I've raised have been quickly passed to the Landlord for resolution and if needed have been chased. I found them to be efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them & should I need to move into bigger premises at any time in the future I would not hesitate to speak to them first.

This company ignore phone calls , emails etc, withhold bonds and ignore contact from the deposit protection scheme.They blantantly lie about what they have done and at this rate they shall be in courtEvery policy by which this agent is bound has been brokenAction will be taken

Absolute pleasure dealing with this company. Professional, courteous and any issues, no matter how trivial were dealt with immediately. Amelia, with whom i dealt with, was a credit to the company.

Force 10 made it all possible - My first review 9.6!I own several properties in Doncaster - the challenge was that 1 of them was a serviced apartment which needed a management team to provide a professional and dedicated service - with clients staying one or more days the property requires cleaning throughout - including linens and towels.Before meeting Force 10 the apartment was being managed by a team without the necessary resource to clean and prepare the property - leading to some poor reviews which can kill the online demand.Just had my first review under Force 10 - a whooping 9.6 (out of 10) - Wow - I could not be happier!A big shout out to Ovidu, John and Stephen - I am very demanding yet nothing is too much for these guys!Sean
