This is what good customer service looks like! Simon came around to view the tv first to ensure it was fixable and then because it was Christmas lent us a TV while ours was being repaired. Knows his stuff, highly recommend.

He mended my LG tv only lasted a few months but as it was such a reasonable price at £50, i did not contact him, just taken Tv to a proper repair guy, & he was disgusted with the botch job that was done, it could have caught fire, he had done a botch soldering on it

Had a problem with my TV and called Simon. What an amazingly friendly and helpful guy, and fantastic service. Gave me brilliant advice on what to try to solve the problem, which, fingers crossed, has worked. Highly recommended.
