Very disorganised and feeling run down. Majority of aisles had cardboard boxes left on the floor, not enough staff around to warrant the amount of cages blocking aisles. Many damaged products on shelves and lots of empty spaces. Overall a very poor feel to the store. Will not be hurrying back

Meh.Been several times lately- aisles always full of pallets so cant get to things- happened last 3 visits, lots of items unpriced. Generally a bit grubby. Gems to be found, but you've got to search.

This store is such a mess, most of the Christmas stock is fallen over in isle. And approximately 65% of stockIs priced on shelf. To many seniors and not enough ground workers

The prices at the range are very good. The product range is vast and you'll always find something when you go! The one thing that I found wrong... Some of the staff - their knowledge needs increasing but they are all very polite and courteous

Great store usually, but we came in last weekend to use the cafe and had to leave, can't be listening to Christmas music in October.

I like the Range in general but this branch have been out of stock for months of some of the items I buy regularly. They clearly don’t check what’s sold out and replenish it.A broken picture frame sat on the shelves for 3 months between my visits - nobody removed or replaced it. Are they short staffed or do they just not have stock taking systems?

A shop you can find a bit of everyday stuff, for your home,garden,car, decorating, all at affordable prices that other local places charge far more for. Did are garden up with there products. Staff always willing to help.

Their Christmas area may be full of stock but the pet, bird food and decorating areas were a complete shambles with the shelves half empty and looking shabby. Surely the pet area should be full of toys ,treats and bedding at this time of year.The garden area was also half empty and and looked totally unorganised with large areas of shelving also empty. Not very many seasonal bedding plants except a few cyclamen.

Good bargains in the store and lots of variety but the till doesn't recognise all the special deals in Iceland (like 3 for £10) check your receipt before you leave
