Having been recommended Doltons by two separate high street jewellers for a bespoke wedding ring with a very quick turnaround we were over the moon with the final ring. Attention to detail, customer service and price, everything was spot on and we will definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommended.

Dishonest and unprofessional. They took £125 to resize a ring to a size that was selected by the person attending me. No measurements were taken, I was not asked to try the sample rings for sizing.I never questioned this method due to this being my 1st experience in resizing a piece of jewel. I trusted the gentleman knowledge.2 weeks after, I picked up a ring that was, possibly, the same size I brought it in, which was as tight as when I brought it in.A different person that received me when I picked up the ring, told me the ring was still too small of at least 2 extra sizes.She reassured me that it would be resized for the second time at no additional cost due to a mistake made from their end.2 days after, I received a text stating I would have had to pay a”discounted” price of £105. I called to clarify and the original person, the one who suggested I resized the ring only one size, was incredibly aggressive and blamed me for the mistake. He implied I walked in the shop and demanded the ring to be resized one size, a clear lie, due to my inexperience in the field.He argued with ( I was quite shocked by the aggressive behaviour considering the line of business)stated, he had to “protect the honour of the shop”.I wish to reinstate that he never measured my finger!I suggest that, if all the owners are collectively concerned about the honour of the shop, to remove this person from the floor as he has absolutely zero knowledge not to mention a clear lack of interpersonal skills.I brought a ring that did not fit and I collected a ring that is possibile the same size (£125 lighter).

I bought a beautiful amber ring from here, the service was courteous and friendly. I will definitely be back!

Brought in a bracelet which had a broken link and they fixed it up on the spot. Good as new and really good service. Would wholly recommend

I visited Doltons today for a downsize of a ring, After having previously been told that such a repair wasn’t possible due to the amount it needed to downsized by (6) I tried Doltons on the basis of one last hope, I’ve just picked the ring up and it’s been done to the highest standard you could imagine, the ring looks better than new and couldn’t be more thankful for the lady behind the counter and the gentlemen carrying out the repair, amazing service and extremely helpful would 100% recommend to anyone that needs a high quality Jeweller. Will definitely be my chosen Jeweller for any future work needed.Thank you very much x

Excellent service. I popped in today with a very delicate earring that needed to be mended. I wasn’t sure if it was fixable and certainly expected to have to leave it and come back for it. The man fixed it immediately, great job - thank you.
