Well of the Seven Heads coffee & takeaway
On the way to Loch Ness we stopped for breakfast. There was more than enough parking for cars. The cafe prepares all food and drinks to go, but offers some indoor and outdoor seating. The rolls and breakfast we had were fantastic, as was the cashier who served us. All in all, a great place to go if you're hungry for an excellent breakfast!

If you’re after a quick pit stop en route to Inverness or Skye, this is the one for you. Hearty food and an outdoor space by the loch to sit and eat.

An absolute gem of a place. The owners are just lovely. We paddled over for breakfast one morning when doing the Great Glen on canoe. It was the best money I spent all week. The food was amazing and really good quality. You can put your canoe on the bank below and walk up there was space for our 4 canoes. I had the breakfast and a cheeky flapjack to take away which I ate later in the day and wish I had bought 5 of them! Would recommend to anyone in the area as a must to visit

We stopped here for breakfast after driving along Loch Ness. The parking is very easy on the opposite side of the road from the café. Safe to cross as you can see for a distance in both directions. There are tables outside, just outside the café and also on the other side of the road. On the inside, there is bar seating. The food is honest and great - we loved it. What elevates this café is the view of Loch Ness whilst you sink your teeth into a toasted sandwich. You can also pop down to the Well and listen to the story of the seven heads. But it is the easy friendliness and humour of its owners Kelly and Darren. Ask about the 1950's Humber Hawk in the photo!

Really amazing find. We stopped here for a brunch on our expedition to find Highland cows. The view from the outdoor seating area was spectacular and there were more than enough free seats to accommodate our party of 7!I had a breakfast of 2 egg, 2 bacon, 2 sausage & toast with a latte and it was so filling I couldn't manage the lemon drizzle cake we brought untill tea time!Good quality ingredients, excellent value, friendly staff & superb views. What more could you want from a pit stop. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely wonderful! Thank you for such a warm and friendly welcome. The food was delicious, genuinely one fo the tastiest meals I've had in Scotland! 3 of us had the rumbledthumps with cheese and haggis, while one had the Magnificent 7. Both dishes highly recommended! The view from the lovely seating area is just perfect.

No customer toilet. We parked at the opposite side of the road (A82) w/o knowing there is a sign saying customer parking. (Sign is small in the fence) A male staff ran across the street to us and he was so rude. He asked if we were coming in for coffee. I said we could as I was not aware it is their private parking right by the road side of A82. He said, of course YOU ARE (coming in for coffee). We were apologetic as we were not aware. But what an attitude! We could move the car also. It is so unnecessary to be so rude and treating travelers this way. My friend went in to get some coffee and water. But I would not recommend this place at all. What a shame!Response to the owner: making up the fact we took up two spaces was a lie. There were 4 of us. The driver was the one having a sandwich because he did not have anything since we left Monkstadt this early morning. The other 3 of us did not have foods as we just stretched ourselves as soon as we got out of the car. We stopped because we saw the coffee shop sign and had the intention to go in. (Otherwise who would stopped in the middle of nowhere at A82…) again it was the pushiness and attitude that were very off putting. And it is quite shameful that you as a coffee shop owner thinks this is okay to treat your customers this way. Do not worry! We won’t be back again.

This is a takeaway place, but they have a nice outdoor area you can eat at that overlooking the water. Right next to the eating area, is the well that its named after is down a small set of stairs. The workers was very friendly and easy to talk to
