Very nice experience. I needed my transcripts translated for my application to international Universities. I had a great first experience at the end of last year which led me to contact them again for other translations. Everyone I've been in contact with was extremely helpful, especially Holly, Louise and Abbie who have always gone the extra mile to help me out.I truly recommend using their business as it is a great value for money (as I've compared with many other translation businesses), an extremely quick service, and most of all such a lovely team.

From initial quote request, through to final completed document, the service was responsive, prompt, professional, and competent. Small matters such as regional dialect differences, and colloquial turns of phrase, were matched to my desired translation result. I dealt with one project manager throughout the process, and this gave me confidence that my (somewhat small) request was being treated with the same professional regard as a large commercial project would be handled. I highly recommend Business Language Services and will use them again.
