Had a broken mixer tap inner capsule and water coming out the top and spilling onto the floor. I was thinking I was going to have to get a whole new mixer tap and if I had gone to my usual shop B&Q I'm sure I would have.I took the inner capsule to Portsmouth plumbing supplies in purbrook and they had a replacement capsule, brilliant.What could have been a right pain replacing the whole mixer tap became a much easier job just replacing the capsule and only cost £8, bargain.Thanks Portsmouth Plumbing.

I ordered a sink and basin, and they phoned me to let me know it was all in store, they chased after the weekend had passed to check we were going to still come get it. Went in the following weekend to find they only had the unit, no sink yet. Because they had made this error we requested they now deliver the product to us. Which they did. One ofL the handles was faulty, called numerous times to get a replacement sent out and passed from person to person. Told they were in and being sent out only for nothing to arrive a week later. One finally arrived after another chase and it's completely the wrong size.
