Went for PCR test, it's a walk in place. Had to park on road and pay for the privilege. In and out on about 10 minutes.

tried to enter and the machine said the car park was full, I reversed out and then witnessed another car leaving, so pulled back in and the machine kept telling me it was full (it wasn't)

Only went there because the area was being used as a pcr testing centre. That said under normal circumstances its very close to the city centre itself with radio access to all the shops etc.
