Firstly, my appointment was at 9.30am and as I sat in my car waiting to go in I noticed the arrival of the hairdresser at 9.21am. Great start!!After having locks for 7 years and wanting them combed out the hairdresser explained exactly what she would need to do. From start to finish, of what turned out to be a 12 hour appointment, she was so polite, gentle spirited, warm, always enquiring if I was ok or needed anything...a true professional. With Netflix, coffee, biscuits, lucozade & such a chilled environment this is my new ‘go to’ hairdressers. And let’s not forget the fact that at the end, my hair looked amazing. Give JFX a try & I guarantee you’ll be amazed.

What a gem of a find! I had my hair done today and it really was such a nice experience. It's a small place and was just me and the owner there today so it felt extra special to just unwind and get my (much needed!) hairstyle. She did an indepth wash (one of the few who do!), and was able to blowdry after without any issues with tangles (miracle with my hair!). My hair feels so soft now and the styling was on point. She must really have a magic touch. And she really is just a lovely lady. So yeah, in summary, go treat yourself!

I found JFX through a Google search, I called on a Friday afternoon after the hairdresser who was due to braid my hair the following morning cancelled on me. Janet went out of her way to make things work for me and braided my hair beautifully the following day, fitting me in between her other appointments. I’m so pleased with the results and have received loads of compliments. I will definitely be back again soon. Thank you for saving the day!

Love getting my hair done here. Jeanette is so professional from start finish making sure you are comfortable at all times. Always gentle when doing my hair which I appreciate as I have a tender scalp. My hair always looks amazing when I leave.

I was made very comfortable from the moment I stepped into the shop. Janet was very friendly and understood exactly what I wanted. The result was brilliant. I'm very happy with my haircut. And I believe I've found my go-to hairdresser.

Was my first time visiting the salon, I felt very relaxed from the start. There was no waiting around, was booked for a time and was seen to at that time. My mum and sister also had their hair done for the first time at JFX and felt very pleased with their new trims as did I. I have definitely found a new hairdressers to go to. Thank you very much xx

What a great salon. I would highly recommend. Janet is amazing and listened to what i wanted and cut my hair exactly how i asked. I left feeling very happy and will definitely be returning.
