Have had a flat @ Darwin House for 3 years and couldn’t be happier. The lease agreement and moving in was seamless and the property is lovely. Conveniently located for the city and university; well maintained; clean and quiet. And as others have rightly lauded- Phoebe our concierge, is a super star! She consistently goes above and beyond and is such a pleasant person. She is a huge plus for the property.

Amazing location, gym included, and most importantly pets allowed! Having lived here for almost 2 years I can safely say the building manager Phoebe is excellent! She is always super helpful and lovely to speak to, and arranges many events for the residents that really make you feel at home here. The only downside is that rent increases can be expensive but otherwise I fully recommend.

Phoebe is awesome, always there to sort out any and all issues. V grateful for that !!!

We've lived at Platform for about two years now. Every issue we've had has been addressed by our fantastic concierge Phoebe! The company themselves are very hands off, we've not heard off them since moving in. But everything is usually sorted by on-site staff.Phoebe is available in person and via WhatsApp, she's always happy to have a chat over a cuppa. Location is super central with shops less than a 5 minute walk.

Fantastic location, great flat and super handy having a gym on site. The best part about Platform Exeter, however, is the concierge, Leah. She is an absolute star. A consummate professional, Leah is always available and willing to deal with any queries or issues. She has looked after us exceptionally well over the 2 years we have lived here and she is one of the main reasons we have extended our lease yet again! Brian, head of on site maintenance, is also a dream to deal with. He's always happy to help. The two of them are just fantastic and the place would not be the same without either of them.

I have lived here for a few years now and very happy with it. Superb city centre location, excellent building services manager Phoebe who is always available to help, well finished apartments with modern appliances, residents gym on site, and secure parking.

I recently rented a place with them and Phoebe Raddon was absolutely amazing!She helped me find my dream place and was so accommodating. Absolutely love living here!

Update: still living here - Phoebe has done an exceptional job - always smiley and professional, on hand for any issues and runs monthly events for all residences which are wonderful. Whilst Geoff is a delight, always cheerful and upbeat and happy to assist with any maintenance issue. Fantastic people and service offered.Really nice central location, good sized flat with the added benefit of having a gym on site.However, by some way the best part of the service is the concierge, Leah who goes above and beyond to sort out any issues we have had. Leah is always positive and great fun to deal with. She puts so much effort in for events and decorating the residents' lounge to make it more than just a place to live.Leah has regularly tracked down parcels for us all over the Platform properties and is a huge reason why we have signed on again after two years here. It would not be the same without her.Special mention to Brian as well who looks after the on site maintenance. Always a pleasure to deal with and really helpful.

Fantastic location, good amenities (the gym is well equipped and always clean), and exceptional service from our resident manager Phoebe, who is always a pleasure to interact with and keen to help with any queries.

We've lived at Platform Exeter for some years now, and everything good that's occurred has been down to Phoebe in recent years - quick to respond, super friendly and really helpful if or when there have been any issues.It can be difficult to get HQ to come back but Phoebe, again, makes sure she's going above and beyond to get things done.An absolute star, and we do love our flat!
