Bethany at Pure Estate Agents has been super helpful the past few weeks getting me and my partner moved into our new flat. It's been a very easy process with good communication throughout and it feels like nothing was too much trouble to ensure everything went smoothly.

Simply put, working with Emily and the rest of the team has been a pleasure from start to finish. Selling a property in the current climate is generally considered difficult, and in my case, as a btl landlord with a tenant in situ, the issues could have been particularly tricky. However, Emily, has navigated the challenges, providing astute understanding of the conditions to effectively market the property, providing timely updates and presenting information clearly to help us make the right decisions on the buyer and price. A very helpful team, all staff are willing to assist. Nathan, Bethany, Emily and Sarah are fantastic and always happy to help. They are all easy to build a rapport with and sometimes we like to just pop in for a chat as they are so friendly.

The process was smooth and fast, extremely quickly taking pictures of the flat, reviewing details and advertising the property for rent on the same day as instructing.Quick to reply and to communicate. Very efficient at sorting out any difficulties which arose. After having been on the market for months with another agent we went to Pure West End and they were so pro active in selling our home.
