Great Dealership to do business with. Had a breakdown with mice eating cables and rendering my vehicle motionless on the day was tomove house. They fixed my vehicle in record time and returned to my partner. Excellent service from all staff involved at the dealership and would highly reccomend. Well done guys much appreciated.

Great service however they did not wash my vehicle which I expected, cleaning the van outside goes a long way. I gad to call them to see if vehicle was ready for ne to pick up, they should have informed me.Overall minor things but I believe should have happened

Fantastic service from Alex and Oliver.I was in need of a car and wanted to move quickly, from purchase to delivery it took 6 days (including a bank holiday). Excellent customer service!Great idea of drop off key and key collection service, including a map of where your car was parked after the service.Dealer was very clear and helpful to help me get the most out of my trade-in deal.Definitely recommend them to all my friends and family!

Good service and Ranger delivered to dealer and myself ahead of schedule. Ford Finance a bit of a faff for a business where one of the partners is a bit of a hermit with no credit history or many relevant bills to his personal name and address.Dealer depot 50 miles away but local sub-dealer or service dealers nearer. Chose to go to the Transit/Ranger specialist to purchase as I did back in 2014 for my second Ranger of [now] three, because they have the expertise and the turnover of stock.

Fantastic experience. Bought my daughters first car (Fiat 500 2014) as a surprise for her. All the staff were very professional and friendly. Alex who sorted all the paperwork was extremely helpful in taking his time and explaining everything thoroughly to us. The car was delivered to my daughter on her 17th birthday as a total surprise. When it arrived it had banners and balloons on it. The car is in excellent condition and valeted to perfection. I have an extremely happy 17 yr old! Highly recommend this garage.

We bought the electric van for a project at work. CAVDAS in Cardiff. We are converting the van to a high clinical standard to provide support to the wider community supporting vulnerable people. Barry the salesman was so helpful and did everything possible to ensure I picked the right electric transit. Thanks again Ford and especially Barry for all his support and help
