Absolutely horrendous service and goods. My father in law who is an elderly disabled person brought an apparently new phone.... Its damaged. He returned to the shop to get help sorting the phone out as its all in foreign and was not given any proper assistance. I have today returned with the phone for a refund and been refused. The woman was rude knew exactly who i was talking about when i spoke of my in law and basically told me to do what i want but she wont be refunding. Trading standards here i come.

Went to this shop for a new port to charge the phoneThis lasted 4 weeksThey would not repair itWe took the phone to ExeterFor repair and was told the port was never changed it was the original part fittedThe company in Exeter change it for a one and gave the old one backI would Not recommend this shop in Paignton

Staff not very helpful. Seemed very uninterested. Was told phone would be done the same day. Got no phone call to say it would cost more. Ended up calling in and being told it would cost £40 to £45 to unlock it. Ended up going to another shop in town that only charged £30 and had it done in 20 minutes
