They are a big fraud be carefully peoples please they are a very big fraud all they say are bullshit!!!!

These guys are just a big scam poor service and charge you for a router that was previously returned

What a terrible company. Complete liars. Asked them to call a vulnerable elderly customer to fix his line. Refused to do a line check, lied about calling him then wouldn't send an engineer out. This person has a pendant alarm in case of a fall that needs to be connected 24/7. Absolutely shocking. I will be shouting this from the roof tops if anything happens....disgraceful.

Dishonest rip off. Try to frighten you into not cancelling by providing totally false and misleading information. Avoid at all costs - do not even think of using them. Unbelievable that even when I told them I had worked for many Telecommunications companies in the UK they persisted with the lies.
