Went to the drive through about 20.00 and ordered 2x fillet box meals. We had to wait quite a while and for the price you pay the food wasn't anything to write home about. Pretty bland if I'm honest! I enjoy KFC occasionally but this wasn't one of those times

Dined in. Ordered via the self-serve kiosk. Fairly quick service. Tables were dirty, bins overflowing, food on the floor and no member of the team showing willing to clean up.

The person who greeted us at the tills was called Nicola at 5pm 04/05/2023 she was lovely helpful and we actually got the food we requested 10/10 and all I can say is it's a pity the staff at the hednesford branch aren't half as good,friendly and accommodating as they are at the orbital shame on hednesford I shall be using orbital all the time in future.

This branch is awful.A member of the team forgot to give me part of my order at the collection point, she had to be reminded, then, when I got to sit down and eat my food, I noticed that there was no condiments, no straw to drink my drink, no spoon for my daughters ice cream and no napkins.When approaching them about this, I had someone smiling at me, almost laughing about what happened, instead of apologising and quickly offering the things that they forgot to provide with my order.I then asked to speak to a manager who was very dismissive of the initial complaint and just wanted to give over the things that her member of staff should’ve already done. The kitchen staff stared through the metal kitchen racking, as if they found someone asking for a manager some kind of staff entertainment.Immature staff, lead by a lazy manager,That’s what’s cluckin CannockNotice the staff sat smoking outside the store after my complaint. They sat staring into my car and laughing.Who is laughing now, you lot can’t even get your job right. You should be embarrassed

I ordered a 14 piece megabucket via JustEat and when it arrived it had 8 drumsticks and 3 wings...8 drumsticks.It seems like the staff must take all the best cuts of chicken for their lunches at the expense of one unlucky paying customer(paying for the most expensive item on the menu, no less) who then gets all the pieces the staff didn't want dumped on them in one go. Last time i checked, the staff at KFC are actually payed for their work And don't have to pay for their lunches, so shouldn't enjoy privilaged status over paying customers on what pieces of chicken are apportioned.

Went for take out food one evening staff were very slow/reluctant to serve keep me waiting a while despite being quiet. Ended up not ordering. Very poor customer service

Went to drive through tonight ordered boneless bucket with corn sides had to wait for a while to pay got home to find we had 10 pieces of boned chicken pieces which consisted of 6 legs and 4 chicken pieces cold chips and hard sweetcorn the chicken pieces was undirseable and I threw away more than I ate OK you could say we should have drove all the way back waited to get served and complained but to be honest when you have been at work all day, tired and fancied a take out for speed you don't really want to let's say we not be going there again

KFC Cannock - Orbital Retail Park
Visited on a lunchtime weekday, dined inside, relatively quiet. Table service was very fast, and food was good. Plenty of car parking spaces. Personally, I'm not in favour of how the recipe for the chicken skin has changed over the years, as it is now like a thick and bubbly batter, whereas I preferred the older style thinner and spicier skin.
