Really impressed - friendly and helpful call centre staff made my booking, and that same day an equally friendly and knowledgeable bloke by the name of Craig arrived on my driveway. He located the nail in my tyre, and although he could so easily have said it was beyond repair he didn't - he repaired it very quickly and efficiently and it has been fine ever since. That may not be good for short-term profitability, but it means I'll definitely use Hometyre in future for repairs and replacements, so in this case honesty really is the best policy. A very positive experience.

A 5 star review is well deserved for Craig! He treated my car with total care, which I really appreciated as a tyre was punctured and the car was very low to the ground. He changed two tyres, balanced both wheels, etc and the price was competitive. I will definitely use again.

He quickly and efficiently installed the new tires on my car. He also checked my alignment and balance and made any necessary adjustments. The whole process took less than an hour and I was able to stay in the comfort of my own home while it was being done.I was very impressed with the quality of the tires and the level of service provided by the technician. I have used the services of Craig from Hometyre on more than one occasion - my wife and I are very unlucky puncture-wise - and he has always been fair and ultra professional. If he can repair the tyre, he will, if not he will explain why. Recently, we had another puncture and it was late on Friday that I called Hometyre asking for Craig's help, particularly as we desperately needed both cars over the weekend. I was informed that he was technically on leave over the weekend however the lady at the office said she would call him regardless. Unbelievably, Craig said he would visit our home the next morning to help and sure enough he did. He arrived early morning having sourced a tyre that is not yet standard issue and replaced the damaged one. I find the quality of service and convenience of Craig and Hometyre to be superb and well worth the cost.
