Amazing nails ,I’ve been coming here for a very long time. The only thing wrong with this place is that they are always on the phone talking when they are doing your nails.Going to have your nails done is meant to be a relaxing experience, which it is not.Which I find this is bad for a paying customer when you have to listen to them talk in Vietnamese and they talk very loud.So I find you come out with a banging headache.They need to concentrate on the customer and leave the phone alone .

Got my pedi done, it was rushed and i had polish all around my cuticles which is now pealing off. It looks like ive had them on for some weeks. Some of my toes were not even filed unfortunately its a no go for me. But the lady was very nice.

My second visit here was terrible, the lady who did my nails was very unprofessional. THREE of my nails were bleeding as she did a rough job when filing. I told her to wipe it off as it doesn’t look good, she just ignored me and did the undercoat. Not only i left with by nail base still bleeding, i did not get any form of apology. Such a disappointment.

I visited this nail salon to get nail extensions and I asked if I could pay by card they said yes. I then started to get into my appointment, however when other clients came in and asked they said cash only. I question her and reply to me really rudely and told me to shut up.Woresy experiance of my life. Do not come there.

I wish I could give this place 0* - SEVERE ALLERGIC REACTION!Please avoid going to this place the first time i went the nails the substances they used made my nails burn to the point where I had to wave my hands in attempt to cool them down, at the end of my service (although I said I could go before) the woman grabbed my phone with my card as a deposit to ensure I returned. STUPIDLY I returned for a second time as they closed late and were the only place available, I experience the same burning (feels like someone is drilling through your finger no exaggeration) the woman next to me also complained. The staff were extremely rude and impatient, I started to have a reaction whilst at the shop and felt so tired couldn't finish - on my home I had a severe allergic reaction all the way up both arms and to top it off my nails that I had paid £50 where lifting by the next day and had fallen off within the first couple of days. I wouldn't step foot in there if you paid me - steer clear!

It wasn’t very welcoming.They did an OK job on my nails..I was a walk-in and it was about a 5 minute wait before I was seen however the lady that did my nails didn’t even say hello, how are you? Just no customer service skills.One of the staff members were speaking quite loudly on their phone while attending to another client.However I’d pay a little more to go else where.

Linh , Annie , Jasmine and the big bosss mama - mama does not take any rubbish and very nice woman who makes you feel at home . Every time i come i get 5 star treatment and they listen to what I need . The businesss makes me feel like I’m with family . Thanks for all treatments and I will see you soon . Thanks Tom nails

I've been coming for some time and I don't recommend it, they leave the nails very thick and artificial, whenever I ask to adjust the amount of gel sanding they mutter in their language, I showed them the design and they charged me £50. it was simply to paint and they put gel on my nails, super upset if I knew it would be this price it would have stayed like this I would have paid 60£ it's done with a Brazillian because their nails are perfect, it's natural.

New nail salon so I chanced it for an acrylic infill and new colour. Have to say the service was fantastic, quality of the nails was amazing and exactly how I wanted them. The salon is brand new with all the necessary Covid-19 safety measures in place and the prices are good. This will be my new regular nail shop! Highly recommended.

Although I was seen quickly, the service is no where as good as my usual nailshop (Secret Nails on Tottenham High road) which was fully booked, so I thought I would try this shop for my gel pink & white nails.1. They layer the gel so thickly, that for the first time ever my nail bed was burning hot. Extremely uncomfortable.2. The buffing/smoothing of the gel was limited, I had to ask why they didn't use the square sponge file to smooth gel before applying the varnish... she grudgingly buffed one hand..3. They do not include dead cuticle removal4. Paid more than I usually would for a service that was not as good as my normal nailshop.Next time I will wait for my usual nailshop
