Mishon Mackay Hove

It is always an absolute delight working with Sue at Mishon Mackay. The moment I send out a client's search brief she responds immediately with details of her clients' properties that could be suitable for my buying clients. Not only is an Estate Agent like Sue invaluable to a Property Search Agent, she is also constantly providing the best possible service to her own clients, by always taking every opportunity to promote and sell their properties. The icing on the cake is that she always has a smile on her face and an infectious positive attitude.

Before dealing with Mishon Mackay, I had only ever bought a house, when it came to sell, I did know the process when it comes to getting valuations and dealing with solicitors. I called Mishon Mackay and Oliver came round to explain the whole process to me as well as value my property. Today I picked up my keys to my new Home and Ollie has been there from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble and if I had bought in Brighton, I know that I would use Mishon Mackay again. I cannot recommend enough.

I will have to warn anyone interested in purchasing BN Vista and purchasing any properties from them.In May 2022, I have reserved to purchase a flat (BN Vista) in Hove.Their plan was to finish building this block of flats in Q4 2022.I had to rent a flat until I can move into this flat. It was so hard to find a tenancy for such a short term, no one would allow me to rent a room shorter than 6 months, also no one allows me to live with my cat in a rental flat or a room.I ended up moving into a shared house. I had to take my cat to my ex husband's home until BN Vista was built and ready to move in.Since June, I kept going back to see the construction site, and get disappointed by seeing nothing has been done. In July, they told me that there will be scafolding and this is on track for Q4 this year.Nearly everyday, I went to see the site, and found no difference since May.In September, once again I asked them when this building will be built. After 4 months living alone, missing my cat, I was exhausted.They suddenly sent an email to tell me that this was postponed to July 2023.Since I reseved and paid 2000 pounds for reservation fee, it was a heart breaking news, and since I miss my cat so much, and tired of living in a shared house, I decided to cancel this purchase.If I didn't reserve BN Vista, I would have found another property and moved in by now. Now I have found another property to buy, and hoping to move into my new flat in December.If I knew it was going to be in June next year, I would have lived in a rental flat, with my cat. Their communication was so disorganised, and in reality I am missing my cat so much, I am missing living in a entire flat. I am tired of living in a shared house.They also didn't care about introducing alternative properties. One of them even called me to tell me the flat I made enquiry is not available, however the flat is still on Rightmove. Also they told me they don't have any property available I can afford. In their email they mentioned that they would introduce me alternative properties, however they haven't given me any alternatives. I can afford £240 and a lot of properties are under the price I can afford.I will have to warn anyone interested in purchasing BN Vista and purchasing any properties from them. I am now really feeling unsettled. I this whole year i felt so , angry and unsettled. Please give me back time.
