I'm changing to 1 star, as I've just had to call the RAC out for a horrendous noise. Turns out my wheels were loose, both front wheels! They haven't been touched since the MOT, so KDM are responsible. Absolutely outrageous and could have caused injury or even death if one had come loose! Avoid like the plague!

Extortionate prices and the work they completed; they were unclear and evasive about. Then the worker there was rude, aggressive, and patronising. I would avoid at all costs.

Have been using Noel and Liams services for too many years to remember, even though it's about 14 miles return. Always able to help if something untoward happens, top quality work done every time.

Noel, Liam & Dan are great guys. They are very experienced, friendly & professional.I have used this garage for servicing, MOTs & advice since it opened & as a woman it is very reassuring knowing that I can trust them 100% to only carry out work that is needed.

Charged me £125.94 for air con regas. Price for my car at Kwik Fit is £59.95. Either this is a very expensive garage or I've been overcharged. I wanted to use a local garage but unfortunately might be going back to a chain for this service.

Had the car in for an MOT. I had already made them aware that the vehicle was running rough and that it had nothing to do with coil packs and spark plugs. However it seems they either didn’t listen or misunderstood my point as they went on to order new spark plugs which I was charged for to have them only to state the obvious that the engine was running rough on idle. Respectfully, this place is great for Services and MOT, but I would avoid if it came to fault finding and problem solving. In the end great guys and credit where is due, but unfortunately not the place to go unless you’re having services MOT, and other basic engine procedures. In the end, I solved the issue myself and saved myself a lot of money. I will still use these guys for Service and MOT though! Liam the gentleman who served me was a pleasure to deal with.

Booked my wife's car in for brake pad replacement and Liam was very helpful and able to book us in at short notice. Fair and transparent pricing, great service and friendly staff. Will definitely be back! Cheers guys!
