£48 to hire a basketball court for an hour is ridiculous. Only wanted to shoot some hoops with my autistic son. Wouldn’t half the court. Shame on you for charging so much since your ran by the local council in which we pay for.

We organised a climbing wall party at the Triangle Burgess Hill for our granddaughter. We arrived with a group of her friends and family. It was her 10th birthday. We all were taken with 2 other groups into the area. The duty manager then informed us that they had double booked and we would need to remove our group from the climbing area. He was apologetic but there wasn’t anything he could do about it. We couldn’t be given a refund straight away- you have to apply online. No explanation was given for the overbooking.We were allowed to use antics a soft play area. However the birthday was ruined.Although the manager was courteous it was completely unacceptable and I for one would not recommend this centre to anyone else.

Always problems with website, always not answering for call or emails...They charged me for day when swimming poll was not working bc they didn't have a lifeguard and told me that when I already attended for my class. No one called before, bc they dont care about your time. Next, they charged me and still does for 3/11 which I alrady paid (4 times) but that payment still pop up on my account. No answer for email or call. I was witness once waiting in queue how phone was calling for 10 min and around was like 3-4 stuff members and no on picked up! They just look at each other with wird smiles...Really poor menagment and very unprofessional and childish stuff.

Garbage website that barely works. Garbage phone system that just breaks up, loops back on itself, repeats the same garbage.Then I find out the info on the membership section isn't even correct.Then it's a hidden £30 joining fee ontop of the monthly.One Star review worthy without ever stepping foot into what appears to be quite a nice leisure centre.

what a terrible company, its allows you to see the leaders but DONT'T think about getting in touch with them.... I want to make a complaint and guess what there is no where to place a complaint....The leisure centre my daughter attends for swimming lessons have had all the hair dryers taken away to save money. Forget about the fact its coming into the cold weather but lets allow the kids to go home with wet hair... Haven't the children suffered enough with 18 MTHS off school..... and then I get an email the prices for the member ship is increasing.... are you having a laugh

My daughter has swimming lessons at the bentley bridge centreHer swimming teacher Loran is amazing and bought my daughter out of her shell, and because of Loran and a health issue that happened there due to no fault of the baths, she had a astma attack, members of staff involved was amazing, which has inspired my daughter who is now 16 to become a life guard and swimming teacherThumbs up to Loran

Places Camberley shame on you for not following through with a legitimate complaint where another member wrote profanities on my car in your car park!Apparently cctv wasn't sufficient despite it happening directly in front of the camera; on previous unrelated incidents its worked ok, when asking is the cctv fit for purpose?After 4 months of emails, phone calls and so on I was contacted today (3rd manager) duty Manager, Carol.Not only have I been told no action despite pointing out the culprit to staff but the disgust of being told perhaps you're being stalked" the patronising and care free attitude absolutely disgraceful

Malden Centre exercise class instructors are all very friendly. The app however to book and cancel is very slow.

I have been attending swimming lessons with my children in Wokingham and Woodley but am close to giving up. Lessons are frequently cancelled with no notice. My 7 year old has been in the same level for 8 months and 3/20 of the areas he is expected to achieve haven’t even been assessed yet. Really poor!

Shocking company and will be cancelling my membership tomorrow. Joined about a month ago with my daughter but had nothing with issues with app and booking. Spent more time on phone than in gym. Management never call you back and hide behind junior school leaver staff. Kept adding charges to my account when should be covered by membership, which prevented me booking sessions. Came on line to complain to customer services and a message comes up saying service down as being redeveloped! Pointless complaining at the Dorking Centre as the management are often seen swanning around but actually do no managing. Will tell everyone to avoid like the plague and to go else where.
