I was given there details by OVO my emergy supplier, they take all your details & then forward you on to (Yorkshire Gas Solutions ltd) who carry out all there work, they are a nightmare to deal with, be warned google there reviews!Lot of messing around from YES months of discussion only to be told my property is not eligible for Eco4 by there supplier, YES don't appear to communicate between themselves leaving you to do all the chasing up!

Used for lost insulation. Professional service from start to finish when most other companies wouldn't even give me a call back. Quote and installation done on exactly time agreed. Installation done to high standard and left house tidy after.Highly recommended

I had a wonderful experience with this organisation. I would like to say a very big THANK YOU to Philip who came to knock our door to introduce us to this scheme about new boiler and under floor insulation. He is extremely helpful and very polite. I would also like to mention Amy and Ian who answer my telephone calls every time I call. They are brilliant people. Please keep up the good work. You are amazing people and doing an amazing job.

New boiler is working great, I now have a warm home again thanks to Hertfordshire warmer homes, yes energy solutions and carbon rewind.Had some initial problems due to a misunderstanding and a faulty radiator but working to resolve these issues.No word on the radiator, but it has been working fine lately. Sod’s law it will probably stop working again now I have said that.Also not received the £40 (Half of the bill for an electrician to restore the power to the sockets their electrician left me without) that carbon rewind said they would refund me.Yes energy solutions chased up carbon rewind and my electricians bill was paid in full.Thank you,

After almost 18 months of talking to Yes energy solutions about replacing my boiler and installing new radiators. They totally forgot about me, I have over 15 emails and more than 20 phone calls to YES energy solutions wasting both my time and theirs. I had to contact the actual contractor who quite strangely occupies the same business unit at Yes energy solutions to get more interest. I would not be surprised to see this company on a undercover TV episode soon. Beware of all that they promise on the glitzy Web page. Read more on trust pilot and the lower star ratings for a true vision of what can happen to you.

Can’t praise the people or equipment enough, the office staff were helpful with advice and information in face of my idiocy on more than one occasion, the installation electrician and the PV panel installers went over and above the call to do there job efficiently and effectively, the boys that did the insulation were brilliant and the scaffolders were efficient and considerate, I couldn’t criticise anyone from start to finish, and of course the panels are saving me a considerable amount of money
