We visited Dynasty on their opening night and have been back again since. Food is delicious, on a par with some of the best Chinese restaurants in the area & miles ahead of any Chinese takeaway I've ever had! The shop has undergone a modern refurbishment. Staff are friendly and there's lots of choice on the menu. The only thing to note is they don't take card payments.

Food was so delicious and service was great. Staff were lovely as well. We ordered salt and pepper chicken, mixed starters, roast duck, singapore vermicelli - all very tasty. Wait time was very short which we were pleasantly surprised by. Packaging was also very nice and also is reusable. Highly recommend this takeaway.

I went in and ordered two house chow meins and salt and pepper chips and could see it was busy at 7pm and gave them the benefit of waiting for my food. After waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes and still no food and seeing four people who came in after me get their food before me I asked why was I not being served after waiting over an hour. They informed me that my order was taken by a delivery driver and I asked why did they get precedence over customers in the shop? I then asked for my money back so I can go elsewhere. She then said mine was half made and I asked how could it be when you have admitted giving it to someone else. I then asked for my money back again and the older lady came out and agreed and the the girl slammed my money on the counter. No sorry or an apology.Avoid the place as the customer service is shocking and they prioritise the phone orders over customers in the shop.We went to the new orchid down the road and had our meal within 5 minutes.

We ordered a takeaway tonight from Dynasty along with a free share ox we had won. The food was absolutely gorgeous and tasted really fresh and hot when it arrived. The share box had a great variety of food which my younger son loved as he got to try a range of different things and scored it 11/10! The boxes that they arrive in were excellent especially the dynasty heated reuasable bag! Just amazing! We will be ordering again soon.
