Blessed twins hair salon

A really great place, clean and modern. The owner is amazing, so kind and patient and customer-focused. And good at what she does. I'm glad I found this salon, and I highly recommend it.

Got me in at short notice, a very professional job, lovely staff. Will definitely have my hair done here again.

Bridget and her staff were very pleasant and welcoming on my first visit to their salon. It was my fist time having twists and Bridget was so patient explaining the process and answering all my questions. She was flexible with timing of my appointment and did a great, great job! Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately, as a first time customer this salon was recommend to me by a friend in good faith. I would have given this business zero stars, if there was such an option. I had a very poor experience and service with Blessed Twins Hair Salon.I took two wigs to the salon to be dyed and revamped. I was aasured that the salon provides such services. After a week, I returned for my wigs. Unfortunately, due to family and work commitments, I did not inspect the wigs in the salon, which was a huge mistake on my part. At first glance, I was very pleased with the coloured wig. Once home, upon further inspection, I found the wigs not to be professionally cleaned and styled, as the wigs were greasy in appearance and very tacky to touch. I contacted the salon to report my findings in the hope that they could re-style, or even refund my wigs. The owner of the salon suggested that I bring my wigs back for her to inspect my dissatisfaction. At this point, I was a very unsatisfied customer because I was informed that I would need to repay for the work to be re-done. The owner of the salon described me as abrasive as I was questioning her professionalism and stated that she was no longer willing to restyle the wigs or to compensate me for the damage caused. Overall, I found the salon owner's manners to be unprofessional and discourteous!Blessed Twins Hair Salon might be very good on the Salon side of business but unfortunately, when it comes to revitalising wigs, I have found them to be very inexperienced. I would not recommend Blessed Twins Hair Salon due to poor experience.

Loved it. Great staff very friendly and helpful. Brilliant hair style done on good time as well. Looks great everyone loves my new hair do. Thank you will be back for sure. Give them a go x

I been using this lady for years she excellent hairdressers I recommend to any 1 that knows me the lady with wigs this was unnecessary I was there when you came to the shop you did this lady wrong she was willing to sort your Wigston all my visits been 10 out of 10 she's a very good hairdressers the best I've had in 25yrs I have very long natural hair keep up the fantastic work your doing

My son and I regularly visit this salon for braids and we are never disappointed. Bridget is a very talented stylist who takes pride in her work and always ensures her customer is happy. I can be very indecisive about what style I want but I always get lots of ideas and suggestions from Bridget. She's flexible too always fitting me when I need an appointment with short notice. Recommend!

I love this hair shop, it is mine and my mums go to. They treat you with care and always ensure you leave happy, with their attention to detail second to none. I live in the West Midlands and will always travel back to this shop.

The quality is good but the customer service is TERRIBLE. You will be waiting an hour and a half before you get your hair done. They had their family coming in and out of the shop and having a big conversation while you’re getting your hair done which slows them down. They over book clients. Their work ethic is slow. I will never go back there. Half of the people commenting and giving them 5 stars are family and friends.
