I've been in here a lot and the staff have always been really helpful and friendly. I went in today for a bike for my son and the guy in the store was really knowledgeable and gave great advice.

Me and my group of friends went here , well near here . As we got close to tge door we got stopped from going in , because we weren't 16. It may be store policy but , it would look a lot weirder if a group of 16 year olds went here to a kids toyshop instead of a group of 13 year olds looking at games . Only place that's done this to me. Wouldn't go back.

Very nice shop. There's lots of toys for all ages (if you'll pardon the pun) very well priced although a bit expensive sometimes and a basketball rolled down the shop towards us on its own so if you go then watch out for ghosts because it's probably haunted. Anyway this is a pretty great shop and it also has a very good selection of video games to purchase upstairs. 10/10 would go again

Rubbish. Bought a car seat from here and my partner did not like it. We wanted to replace it with another one which was bit cheaper. The staff and manager were adamant that, car seat could not be returned once bought. Car seat was just taken out of the box and packed again for return and they denied to take it or replace it. This is ridiculous.

Poorly staffed very long wait I line for order pickup nearly 10min one till open another staff member walking about doing nothing then went on the till when the que went down not good especially when you have kids who want to see everything else get the staff to man the tills and get the queuing people in and out and to have a good experience not a bad one.

Me and my partner went in to do some Christmas shopping yesterday and we were watched from the moment we entered the store. Had a feeling its because we are a younger couple. I understand being Christmas that stores are more paranoid about people stealing but we felt so uncomfortable with being watched by the security and the staff that we left. I've never had a problem before in this store but yesterday made us feel like we just weren't welcome at all.

I was in your Speke store looking for a car seat for our 3 year old granddaughter, wasnt really sure which type we required. A wonderful young lady MAGDA came to our rescue, and what an absolute lovely person she is. She went out of her way to help us, even looking at our car to make sure we got the right seat for our granddaughters needs. She is a credit to Smyths, please acknowledge her and give her a Thank you for her excellent customer service.
